1 small head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
tomato slices for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Place lettuce in a bowl. Layer green onion, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, eggs, bacon, water chestnuts and peas on top. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream, then spread on top. Garnish with tomato slices.
