1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 cups butter
1t. vanilla
11/2 cup flaked cocoanut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in saucepan the first 5 ingredients. Stir until blended. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. [about 12 minutes.] Then add the next 2 ingredients. Beat until thick enough to spread. Cool. Spread on top and between layers of cake.
