5 - 6 pounds brisket
2 cups ketchup
1.5 cups water
1 tablespoon beef better bouillon paste
2 large vidalia onions sliced thin
4 cloves garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ketchup, water, and bouillon paste
Brown onions over medium heat
Layer bottom of pan with thinly sliced onions and minced garlic
Place brisket on top of layer of onions
Layer top of brisket with onions and garlic
Cover with sauce.

Cook covered low and slow (like 325º F for 2 hours or more)

Remove foil and cook 10 minutes more
