4 long green chilis
4 ounces or so Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems and tops of green chilis and remove seeds with a spoon. Into the cavity of the pepper stuff as much cheese as it will hold.
Heat oil and butter and place chilis into the hot grease. Brown, turning often. The skin will become crisp and the cheese should melt. Try to keep the cheese inside the peppers. Remove from pan, salt, and drain.
