Boston Butt Roast

Cherry Peppers

Pepper

Poultry Seasoning


Sauce:

2 cups White Distilled Vinegar

1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

2 tsp Franks Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
To prep roast cut multiple slits in roast and stuff cherry peppers inside.
liberally rub roast with mixture of salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
add juice from the cherry peppers to the roasting pan and place roast in pan
cover and roast at 325º until pork is fork tender
remove roast from oven and let cool to a workable temperature
in a sauce pan mix vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes and franks hot sauce
place over medium heat and reduce by half
shred roast and pour sauce over pork and mix well.


serve on a bun with coleslaw or on a plate and enjoy.
