35 Saltine Crackers (salted)
2 sticks butter (not margarine)
1 c. light brown sugar
1 (11 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400º
Line 15 x 10 cookie sheet with heavy duty foil ( up the sides of the pan)
Line pan with saltine crackers.
In a sauce pan; melt butter, add brown sugar and bring to a boil
Boil for 3 minutes
Pour over crackers and bake 5 minutes at 400º (if crackers move put back in place)

While hot, sprinkle chips all over and spread smooth from edge to edge
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Cut in piece while a little warm or break into pieces when cool.
