2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/3 C. Cocoa Powder
1/2 C. Butter
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
3 C. Rolled Oats quick or plain ( I use 3/4 C. measurements)
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, salt and cocoa powder. Add milk stir to combine, add butter I cut it into four "chunks" with the spoon. (Metal large spoon works best.) Bring to a rolling boil (one that can't be stirred down), stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat add peanut butter, stir, add rolled oats ( start with 3/4 cup measurements - can add more if needed). Stir, then add vanilla. Beat until it starts to thicken, if too runny add a few more oats. Spoon out onto wax paper or tin foil to cool. This process is quick as they will start setting up. Enjoy!
