½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, bananas and lemon juice and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 65-75 minutes.
