2-3 lb roast cut of beef
All purpose flour
Salt
Garlic powder, optional (she didnt use this)
Vegetable oil
Onion soup mix
4-5 Potatoes
2-3 Carrots

Directions:
Directions:
~Lightly coat the meat with flour and salt
~Fry in veg oil in cooking pot on ALL sides until crust is brown
~Cover meat in water
~Add onion soup mix
~Bake at 300º for 1 hour
~Add chopped potatoes and carrots
~Bake an additional 2-3 hours (or until potatoes and carrots are soft)
