1 dozen apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
1/2 pint sour cream
10 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cube butter
vanilla
crust (graham or zwieback)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer apples, butter and sugar until tender.
Beat cream and eggs together. Pour over apples and set of low temperature on stove until thick. Mix crust,adding a pinch of cinnamon. Press crust into spring form pan. Add filling. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
