6 c. any biscuit mix
1 c. or less your taste sugar
1 can beer room temp

Mix b. mix and sugar til well blended.
Starting 1/2 c. and adding more as needed mix in beer to form wet tacky dough.
Spoon dough onto lightly floured board.
Lightly dust top of dough with flour.
Pat out dough by hand to about 1 inch thick.
Cut with cutter.
Cover bottom of heavy baking pan with butter flavored shortening.
Place biscuits in pan and brush with more shortening.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or til golden brown.
375 degree preheated oven
