6 large sweet potatoes
1 C sugar
⅔ stick of butter
¼ C milk (approximately)
⅛ tsp salt
1 oz sherry (or dry wine or dry vermouth)
marshmallows

1. Peel and slice potatoes- boil until tender and drain
2. Add everything except the marshmallows and beat with a mixer
3. Spoon into a 1½ qt casserole and top with marshmallows
4. Bake at 350º until heated (approximately 20-30 minutes
