3-4 lbs chicken wings (separated into flats/drums)
1 small (5 oz) bottle soy sauce (I use low sodium)
1 small can pineapple juice
1 tbs canola oil
3 tbs brown sugar
3/4 tsp ground ginger
3/4 dry mustard
2 tbs dry white wine
1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) and marinate the chicken wings in the sauce (in the refrigerator) for one hour.
Place chicken wings in a pan, pour the marinade over, cover with foil (tightly) and bake 45 min at 350.
Uncover and bake 45 min more. basting at times.

10- 30 min depending on whether you have to cut the wings apart.

This recipe is always a favorite to make for a crowd. People LOVE these wings. If serving as a dinner, I cook up some rice and serve them over the rice. It makes a lot of sauce, too!
