1 14 oz can corn
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 c of flour
2 Tbsp of butter
3/4 c of milk

Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to form a wet dough.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or deep fryer to 365.
Drop by small spoonfuls into oil and cook 2-3 minutes per side, until deep golden brown.
Remove to paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Serve warm.
