1 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Brown sugar lightly packed
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Pkg White chocolate coursley chopped
1 Cup Pecans coursley chopped and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º
Stir flour, salt and baking soda together in medium bowl set aside.
Beat peanut butter, butter, sugars in a large bowl with electric mixer for 4 minutes or until very creamy.
Add the egg and Vanilla and beat until fluffy about 3 minutes
Stir in the flour mixture
Stir in the chocolate and nuts
Spoon heaping Tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet about 1”apart
Bake 9-10 minutes DO NOT OVERBAKE
Let cool 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet
