5-6 cups flour
2 pkgs yeast
½ cup sugar
1½ tsp salt
¼ cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup warm milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast in ⅔ cup warm water in large warm bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add warm milk, sugar salt shortening, eggs and 3 cups flour.
Add remaining 2 or 3 cups of flour and make a soft dough. Turn out on a floured board, round into a ball, knead 5-10 minutes. Let rise 20 minutes.
Make into cinnamon roll.
Refrigerate from 2-14 hours covered. Remove from refrigerator and uncover.
Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature or while oven is heating.'
Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes

Put this in bottom of a greased pan.
½ cup syrup, 2 Tbs butter and ½ cup brown sugar.
Boil and pout into bottom of pan. (I double this).
Pecans may be added
Cool before adding rolls.
