1 litre (quart) fresh strawberries
1- ½ cups cold milk
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 250 gr package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup strong brew coffee at room temperature, divided
2 cups whipped topping
90 gram package of lady finger cookies split
1- 30 gram square of bittersweet chocolate grated

Set aside 3 strawberries for garnish.
Slice remaining strawberries.
In a bowl whisk together milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
In a larger bowl beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually beat in 2 tbsp. coffee. Beat in pudding.
Fold in whip topping.
Brush the remaining coffee over lady finger cookies.
Line the bottom of a 3 litre trifle or glass serving bowl with half of the lady fingers.
Top with half of the sliced berries, grated chocolate and pudding mixture.
Repeat layers.
Cut reserved strawberries in half and place on trifle.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
