1 - 9 inch frozen pie shell
1 package lemon pie filling (cooked type)
2 eggs
⅓ cup cold water
1 ¾ cups boiling water
1- 250g package cream cheese softened
whip cream- optional

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and bake pie shell according to package directions and cool.
Prepare pie filling according to package directions but using 2 eggs, ⅓ cup cold water and 1 ¾ cups boiling water. Cool 5 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Reserve 1 cup of pie filling for the top.
Gradually mix the remaining pie filling with cream cheese.
Pour into crust and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Spread the reserved pie filling on top .
Refrigerate 3 hours.
Garnish with whipping cream if desired.
