8 flour tortillas
I large carton cream cheese, softened
1 head green leaf lettuce
16 slices ham, turkey, roast beef or a mixture of any
16 slices Swiss cheese
1 large can slices olives
1 large can green chiles chopped
1 jar chopped pimiento

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the cream cheese on each flat tortilla. Add a thin layers of lettuce, meat, cheese, and condiments. Roll up each tortilla and refrigerate for at least an hour. Before serving, slice each roll into 8 or 10 pieces and arrange on a platter. Use toothpicks if necessary to secure the roll.
