8 chicken breasts, pounded thin
8 sage leaves or 1 tbs. dried sage
8 slices prosciutto
8 slices Gruyere cheese
1 cup white white
1 can chicken broth
olive oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Fry pounded chicken breasts in olive oil until well browned. Add the wine and broth to the skillet and simmer/reduce until the chicken is done.

In a casserole dish, layer the chicken, sage, prosciutto and Gruyere cheese. Top with pan drippings. Broil until pretty.
