2 chicken breast pounded 1/2 " thick
salt and pepper
Bread crumbs with a 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 stick of butter
2 eggs
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the chicken then dip chicken in flour, helps breading to stick.

Dip in egg, dip in bread crumbs.

Brown chicken breast in butter, when browned put on rack, cover with foil, put holes in the foil.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 to 50 minutes, (165 degrees on thermometer)
