1 pkg cream cheese 3 oz (8 oz if doubling recipe)

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup shortening (part butter)

2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 400º

mix ingredient. chill dough.

form into small ball, roll in sugar.

pressdown on cookie sheet.

shave fewnuts on if desired.

bake in 400º oven until light brown. 10 - 12 minutes.

watch closely.....(burn easily)
