One large can whole tomatoes in juice
One large onion
1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
½ can chopped Jalapeno Peppers
1 lb. Brick Velveeta cheese
1 large can of evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Saute first 5 ingredients in a frying pan til mixture is cooked down and onions are clear. Cut cheese into large squares & add to cooked mixture. When cheese is melted-lower heat & add milk. Simmer ½ hour. Serve with tacos or as a dip.
