5 eggs
1 3/4 C sugar
1/2 C flour
2 T vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
2 C whole milk
2 boxes Nilla wafer cookies
bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar together. Add flour mixture to mixer bowl and add eggs and evaporated milk. Add whole milk and vanilla and blend until smooth. Pour into large pot and cook on low, stirring constantly, until thickened to pudding consistency. In trifle or other large bowl layer pudding, cookies then sliced bananas in alternating layers. Top with layer of crushed cookies.
