1 large and 1 small jars Ragu
1 lb ground beef
1 lb sweet sausage
1 green pepper, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
1 Tbs Italian seasoning
1 package lasagna noodles
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, brown ground beef and sausage. Drain excess fat. Add green pepper, onions, pasta sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer sauce for 2 hours. Bring very large pot of water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook for 10 minutes. Drain. Using a 9x13 pan (or lasagna pan) put 1 cup sauce in bottom of pan spreading to cover bottom. Then a layer of noodles. 1 cup of sauce. ½ of ricotta cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Another layer of noodles. 1 cup of sauce, ½ of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan. Repeat layers ending with mozzarella. Bake for 45-1 hour at 325º. Brown top under broiler if needed. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
