3 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until they are stiff. Put to the side.

Beat the eggs and milk together. Gradually, add the flour and baking powder. Then add the oil.

Fold in the egg whites.

Spray your waffle iron with Pam and add batter (about 3/4 cup at a time).

Cook until done. Serve with Cool Whip and Strawberry Jam, syrup, or whatever you want.

Strawberry waffles are a family favorite. We serve them with Cool Whip and homemade freezer strawberry jam.

We use my mother's old waffle iron from the 1930's. There will be a big fight for the waffle iron when I pass away!
