1 lg ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
pinch of thyme
small can of peas or 1½ cup frozen peas, thawed
3 large russet potatoes
3 Tbsp butter
¼ cup sour cream
aprox ¼ cup milk
⅛ tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Bring large pot of water to boil. Add quartered potatoes. Cook until softened, about 15-20 minutes. Drain. Meanwhile brown ground beef and onions in skillet. Drain excess rendered fat. Add tomato soup and pinch of thyme and stir. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add peas and stir. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mash potatoes and add butter, sour cream and enough milk for desired consistancy. Spread over meat in casserole spreading to sides to seal in meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Heat in oven for 30 minutes.
