Quarts of oil used in frying
Cheesecloth
Fresh potato peeled and quartered into 1 inch cubes
3 quart mason jars

Directions:
Directions:
After oil has cooled strain through a cheese cloth lined colander. This will remove any batter chunks in the oil. Poor into Mason jars with the pieces of potato. These will pull out any lingering smell or flavor. Remove potato when reusing the oil.
