1 ½ cup margarine
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon extract
¾ cup 7 UP
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Beat until light. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Add flour.
Beat in Lemon extract and 7 up. Beat until thoroughly mixed.
Put in a large tube pan or bundt pan.

Bake at 325ºF for 1 ½ hours.
