2 C butter
2 C sugar
2 C brown
4 eggs
2 t vanilla
4 C flour
5 C oatmeal (put in food processor or blender until powdery)
1t salt
2 t baking powder
2 t baking soda
24 oz chocolat chips
1 8 oz hershey bar grated
3 C chopped nuts

Directions:

cream together butter and both sugars
mix dry ingredients in separate bowl then add to creamed mixture.
add remaining ingredients


bake on ungreased baking sheet by golf ball size balls. 2" apart
bake at 375* for 6 minutes


You can use m&m's instead of chocolate chips.
