2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. each salt and baking soda
1/2 tsp. each cinnamon and nutmeg
1/2 c.each granulated sugar and brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c oats
1/4 c walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
In large bowl, mix flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add sugars, margarine, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Stir in oat and walnuts.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
Note: You can add coconut, any kind of nuts, raisins, sunflower seeds and chocolate chips.

2 c. butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
6 c. old fashioned or quick oats
2 c. nuts (any kind)
1 c. coconut
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. raisins
