1 lb. cooked fettucine noodles
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 stick of butter
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
grated romano or parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Warm olive oil in saucepan. Add garlic and cook until it is clear. Add butter and allow this to melt. Slowly add in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and add the salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over the cooked fettucini and sprinkle liberally with the grated cheese of your choice.
