1 can (16oz) Solid Pack Pumpkin
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves
1 can (12oz) Evaporated Milk
1 9" Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour in to pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350º and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
