Spice cake mix
1 can of pumpkin
Chocolate chips and/or butterscotch chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mix together spice cake and pumpkin. The batter will be very thick and can be hard to stir together
3. Mix in desire flavor/amount of chips. *I use both and am very generous!
4. Place medium sized scoops onto cookie sheet
5. Bake for about 8-12 minutes
6. Remove and allow to cool
*best served fresh, but are delicious leftover when toasted in the oven/toaster oven for a few minutes
