Top Layer:
1 c 29 oz peaches
2 tbsp flour
1/2 c sugar

Bottom Layer:
1/2 c butter
1 c self rising flour (make sure it is self rising flour)
1 c sugar
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450

Top Layer:
Mix the peaches, flour and sugar in a cooking pan. Cook on stove pot until it thickens (about 1 minute after it starts boiling). Set aside

Bottom Layer:
Melt butter in baking dish
Stir in flour, sugar and milk
Mix well (may be slightly lumpy)Add the peaches mixture on top
Spread evenly
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown
Serve hot or cold
