4 1/2 tsp yeast
3 cups water
3 cups milk
3 Tbsp butter
6 eggs (beaten)
5 -8 cups seedless raisins
Flour to make a fairly thick batter
Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 6 ingredients well, adding enough flour to make a thick batter. Let rise until double. In hot oil pot, drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until golden brown. (Deep fry at 250ºF) (Could put in paper bag with a few cups of sugar and shake)
