1 3/4 c milk
3/4 c heavy cream
2 c sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

1- Mix all ingredients (except vanilla) in a medium size pot and low boil for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
2- Add vanilla and stir
3- Pour into well buttered 8x8 pan
4- When cooled fully cut into small bite size pieces and store in airtight container

Can you say AHMAAZING? You will if you're a fudge lover and taste this recipe! This is another recipe passed down thru the generations, this one from my Dad's Mom - Oma. She must have spent days making fudge because every Christmas she would bring multiple tins of it! It was always in small bite size pieces with wax paper between the layers. One, or two or three were never enough!!
