1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 eggs
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. Roll out thin, cut a circle and half fill with jam, then fold over, pinching edges closed. Bake 350ºF for 11 min. Just before serving ice these.
