1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. crushed soda crackers
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper


1 c. ketchup
3 T. vinegar
3 T. brown sugar
1/2 c. water

Mix meatball ingredients together well. Form into meatballs and place in baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes in 450 oven. Drain off grease. Cover meatballs with sauce and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in 325 oven.
