9 large cucumbers (peeled and chopped small)
4 large onions (chopped)
2 Tbsp salt
Place above ingredients in large bowl, stir, cover and let stand overnight on the counter.
Rinse off salt in the morning.
DRESSING:
1 cup water
2 cups vinegar
2 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp celery seed
2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
Place dressing ingredients in a pot. Thicken dressing by boiling for 5 min. Pour over chopped cucumbers, mix well. Place relish into small jars, clean top edge and seal then into caner with water 1 inch over top. Bring to a rolling boil and process for 15 min. Remove from caner and place on cooling rack. Let stand on counter for up 24 hour or until lids have sealed. Unsealed jars place in fridge, and use soon.
