Leftover beef roast, venison or pork roast, along with potatoes and carrots, and onions that were in with the roast
1 or 2 pieces of bread (depending on how large the batch is-usually 1 will do)
1 or 2 eggs (depending on how large the batch is-usually 1 will do)
A little oil to fry
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add bite size pieces of meat and potatoes. Grandma had a round chopper with teeth that she would push down into the meat and potatoes to make bite sized pieces. Or she said you can use and empty tin can;-)

Allow that to fry for a couple-three minutes. Add the bread by breaking it up into pieces. Fry for awhile. Letting the bread get a little cooked. It is best if not all dried out.

Add egg and stir quickly to mix.

Salt and pepper to taste.
