4 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
3 1/2 Cups Flour
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
3 Teaspoons Anise
1/2 Cup Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugar, (cream well). Add milk anise in one bowl - add a little at a time to next mixture. Sift together flour, baking powder. Cut in shortening to dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees about 2-15 minutes.
