570 g bread crumbs
1/2 small box crushed cracker crumbs (2 sleeves)
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
3 large carrots, grated
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 heaping tsp. sage
2 heaping tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 cup melted butter
4 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients to make the dressing. Wash and thoroughly dry inside of turkey/chicken. Stuff bird loosely and close with skewers. * Left over dressing can be frozen or baked in foil covered loaf pan covered with slices of bacon. Seal foil tightly around dressing and place in oven 30 minutes before turkey is done. Bake at 325 degrees 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
