Cookies:
2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar

6 oz cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1 t. vanilla
5 c. flour

Frosting
3 ox cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar together

Add rest of the cookie increadiens and blend together.

Roll to the thickness desired.

Cut out cookies.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350º on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cool completely.

Blend frosting ingredients together. Divide into 4 - 5 small bowls. Add food coloring and have fun. This frosting will be very liquid when you use it. Paint brushes can be used to apply. Takes 2 - 3 hours to set completely.
