Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups AP flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs (chicken, not ostrich Sharon)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 T honey
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F

In a medium size bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well with wire whisk and set aside.

Using an electric mixer on medium speed in a large bowl blend together brown sugar and sugar. Add butter and cream cheese. Mix, scraping down sides of bowl until a grainy paste is formed. Add eggs, vanilla and honey, mixing at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips and blend at low speed until well mixed. DO NOT OVER MIX!

Use 1 oz ice cream scoop to get consistent sized amounts of batter and place on cookie sheets covered with parchment paper about 2 inches apart. Cookies will spread significantly as they bake.

Bake for 22 to 24 minutes, or until golden brown and delicious. Remove from oven and transfer cookies immediately with a spatula to a cool surface. Wait a couple of minutes, dumbass, you'll burn your mouth.

Personal Notes:
I do not like a small cookie. Consequently, these are pretty big. If you have a problem with that just keep moving. "These are not the cookies you are looking for." He said in his best Obi Wan Kenobi voice. They are best when consumed within 24 hours. Usually that is not a problem.
