3 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter - room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups packed light-brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups sweetened flake coconut
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix softened butter and sugars in large mixing bowl

Add eggs one at a time

Add vanilla

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add to creamed mixture - batter will be thick so add gradually

Stir in chocolate chips, rolled oats, coconut and pecan

Bake at 350º for 17-20 minutes

This recipe is supposed to make 24 ENORMOUS cookies but you can make smaller if desired
