1/2 cup Light cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1/8 cup Flour
1 lb Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar, flour, cheese, and cream to the fluffy egg mixture
Add vanilla and lemon juice and mix
Pour into unbaked pie shell
Bake at 300º for 1 hour or until firm
Sprinkle top of pie with cinnamon
