2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Backing soda
3 Ripe mashed bananas
1/2 cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar
2 Beaten eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Sour milk (sour milk with 1 tsp vinegar)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together, set aside.
Mix all wet ingredients together, add to dry ingredients,
and mix well.
Grease and flour loaf pan.
7 1/2" x 11"
Bake at 350º, for approx. 50 minutes

Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips to this recipe.
