1 3/4 C flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 C brown sugar
1 C sugar
1/2 C vegetable shortening
1/2 C butter, softened
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 C salted peanuts
1 C coconut
1 C oats
1/2 C corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. In small bowl mix flour, baking soda and powder and set aside.
2. In large mixer, at high speed beat together sugars, shortening and butter until light & fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat until well blended.
4. Stir in peanuts, coconut, oats and corn flakes. Let stand for 15 minutes
5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drop by T size portions onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Cool cookies on wire racks.
