2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple and juices
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together by hand using a wooden spoon. Grease a 9 x 13 pan, do not flour. Fill with mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.

Frosting ingredients:
1 box instant pudding
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
Beat pudding, milk and sugar until thickened. Add cool whip. Blend well and spread on cold cake.
